World League & World Grand Prix

The latest updates to the Australian Team Archive have been the team lists from the 1999 World League for the men, and from the 1994 World Grand Prix for the Women. The men payed home rounds in Sydney and Adelaide against Russia, Italy and Poland.  The women’s inclusion in the 2nd WWGP was invitational and they only competed in a host round in Sydney, but did get to compete against the volleyball super powers at the time, Cuba.
